The Matlock Woodland site is just outside Matlock, lant lane just off the A632 Chesterfield Road. The site is a natural wood. It has a lot of varying terrain and lots of ground cover, perfect for airsoft. Our open days our on Saturdays and anyone is welcome from beginners to vets.

We aim to have a great laugh and some quality airsofting. We vary our gaming format but try to have a running theme with interlinking missions to give you a military simulation feel.

We serve lunch on site at £5 for our meal deal, which consists of a huge fresh burger with toppings, any drink, choc bar and a packet of crisps. We sell hot drinks throughout the day at 50p each.

From the 6th Sept the hire package At Matlock will be £45, this will include the hire of an airsoft weapon, a protective face mask, Hi-capacity magazine, Camo clothing, a 3000 round bottle of BB's and 2 x pyro (1 x Grenade 1 x Smoke)

AMMUNITION: £7 for 3000 Bottles of BB's

GAS: £12 per Bottle

PYROS: (ONLY TLSFx pyro's allowed to be used on sites. )
Grenades £3.00 both ball and thermo barrac
Smokes £3.00
Any four mix for £10.00

Opening Times:

WOODLAND:
SITE OPENS 8:30AM (PLEASE TRY TO BE HERE FOR 9AM - 9.15AM)
SITE SAFETY/RULES BRIEF STARTS 9:30AM
FIRST GAME APPROX 9:45
CLOSE AT 4-4.30PM (or when light stops play) possible.

We usually pop down to the local pub afterwards for a relaxing drink and some war stories, feel free to join us.

Site FPS limit is AEG 350fps
with Single shot sniper rifles 500fps all with 0.2gm bb
All non site AEGS and Sniper rifles are subject to random chrono testing at anytime.

Random tests maybe be carried out throughout the day.

We allow a variance of upto 10%at the woodland sites. We do however reserve the right to NOT allow the use of any weapon over these limits. I recommend you try to be under rather than over to be sure.

PYRO's - IMPORTANT.

ONLY TLSFx pyro's allowed on site.
MK5's or below for grenades (Ball grenades must be non toxic power content ONLY)
Smokes must be LOW Toxicity smokes only.
Thermobaric Grenades are OK
BFG's allowed but 9mm only. (use with care, posting or under arm gentle throws only)

We reserve the right to check all pyro and not allow it's use.

MORE DIRECTIONS BELOW
First & Only Airsoft site is at Lantlodge Wood, Lant Lane, just off the A632 Chesterfield Road, Matlock, Derbyshire. If you knew where the old site was then its simply 2 minutes away and closer to the pub-lol.

From Matlock: Follow the A632 our of Matlock towards Chesterfield. After about 5 minutes you'll reach the top of slack hill (splits into a dual carriage way) you need to turn right on to Lant Lane just before this. Once on Lant Lane turn immediately right into a track, this is the site, follow it untill you reach the parking area.

From M1 North: Take Junction 29. Head towards Chesterfield. Now follow signs to Matlock, this will take you onto the the A632 Chesterfield Road. You will come to slack hill (dual carriage way). Go down and up the other side. Turn left onto Lant Lane. Turn 1st right in to a track, this is the site, follow it until you reach the car park.

From M1 South: Take Junction 28. Follow A38 towards Derby/Ripley. Take the Juction for Alferton (should be sign posts to Matlock. Follow the A615 (sign posted Matlock) roughly 5 minutes after passing through Wessington take a right onto Lick Penny Lane (Sign post for Lick Penny Carvan Site) Follow this to the end. Go across the junction and follow this road until you come to the very end. Turn left onto the A632 Chesterfield Road. Then turn 1st left on to Lant Lane. Turn 1st right inot a track, this is the site, follow it until you reach the car park.
