The Tunnels - Drakelow

F&O bring you our newest site - the tunnels. The site consists of over 250,000 sq ft of tunnels and some very cool woodland on top with two entrances - this is one of the most exiting sites we've ever opened!

The Drakelow Tunnels are a former underground military complex beneath the Kingsford Country Park near the village of Kinver, Staffordshire, which cover 250,000 sq ft (23,000 m2). The tunnels, which have a total length of 3.5 mi (5.6 km) to 4 mi (6.4 km) have a very interesting past and are a historical monument to the military history of the United Kingdom. (From Wikipedia)

This is a fantastic new site, dark, cool, tunnels you could drive a tank down - and we plan to! You will require a torch for some game areas as there are places where there are no lights at all. A perfect place for Resident Evil type games. (If only we could persuade Mila Jojovich to put on some eye protection and come down for a game - even in the dark Bibby couldn't get away with the red mini dress and boots!)

This is another First and Only venue that is well worth the effort to visit.

Site FPS Limits

350fps on ALL RIF's. (With 0.2g BBs) Chronograph will be in operation at the start and during the day. For normal days, unless advertised otherwise, there are no ammo/mag capacity limits. Some areas of the game area will be single shot only, therefore RIF's that are incapable of firing on single shot will not be allowed in those areas.
Pyrotechnics Rules

Only pyrotechnics sold by First & Only or made by TLSFx will be allowed on site. BFG's are allowed but only with 6mm short Blanks or caps. No smokes!!! A grenade or thunderflash going off in a room means instant kill to all occupants unless behind hard cover (concrete wall, barrier etc). In larger and open areas, a grenade will instant kill every player within 15ft radius unless behind hard cover (concrete wall, barrier etc).
Prices & Equipment Hire
Our prices for The Tunnels are:

Green Fees:
- URBAN/CQB Walk On GREEN FEE: (non-members) - £30
- URBAN/CQB Walk On GREEN FEE: (members) - £25
- URBAN/CQB HIRE FEE: - This will include the hire of an airsoft weapon, a protective face mask, Hi-capacity magazine (full of bb's), Camo clothing - £15
Consumables:
- AMMUNITION: £10 for 5000rnd bottles of BB's
- GAS: £12 per Bottle
- PYROS: (ONLY TLSFx pyro's allowed to be used on sites. ) Grenades: £3.00 (both ball and thermobaric)
On-Site Facilities

There are some lit areas. But not many. Bring a torch! (And a backup). The safe zone is in the lit area and tea and coffee is free all day.
Opening Times
- SITE OPENS 8:00AM (Please try to arrive for 9AM - 9.15AM)
- Site safety/Rules brief starts 9:30AM.
- FIRST GAME APPROX 9:45/10:00AM END-EX AT 4-4.30PM.
