The Killhouse

First and only are pleased to present their latest site The Kill House

This is situated in Whitworth just outside Manchester and compromises four floors or unique CQB airsoft action spread over a total of 120,000 square feet.

As always with First and Only we will be running a lot of intensive action packed games offering a wide range of play scenarios and objectives to accomplish!

Site FPS Limits

AEGs & Pistols: 350fps (NO variance). Single shot sniper rifles 500fps. (All with 0.2gm bb.) All non site AEGS and Sniper rifles are subject to random chrono testing at anytime. Random tests may be carried out throughout the day. We do however reserve the right to NOT allow the use of any weapon over these limits. We recommend you try to be under rather than over to be sure. Any questions regarding FPS please contact us directly.
Pyrotechnics Rules

Only pyrotechnics sold by First & Only or made by TLSFx will be allowed on site. After testing it has been decided that we will allow MK3s only at this site. BFG's are allowed but only with 6mm short Blanks or caps. No smokes!!! A grenade or thunderflash going off in a room means instant kill to all occupants unless behind hard cover (concrete wall, barrier etc). In larger and open areas, a grenade will instant kill every player within 15ft radius unless behind hard cover (concrete wall, barrier etc).
Prices & Equipment Hire
Our prices for The Killhouse are:

Green Fees:
- Walk On FEE: (you require your own equipment) - £30 (F&O Members - £25). This includes food and tea & coffee.
- Hire FEE: - This will include the hire of an airsoft weapon, a protective face mask, Hi-capacity magazine & BBs, Camo clothing - £15
Opening Times
- SITE OPENS 8:00AM (Please try to arrive for 9AM - 9.15AM)
- Site safety/Rules brief starts 9:30AM.
- FIRST GAME APPROX 9:45/10:00AM END-EX AT 4-4.30PM.
