This is going to a great fun day and I fully expect some great costumes, lightsaber battles and shouts of “you are not my father”

all games will be themed around the star wars films such as the battle for hoth, escape from the death star and of course Endor

some come on all you want to be jedi’s and stormtroopers sign up for either the rebels or the empire

fancy dress is voluntary but would look cool and there will be a prize for the best dressed player

THE FUEL WARS

The year is 2020 and First & Only Events invites you to Future Wars – a huge event that will be playing up and down the country – with something very special happening mid-campaign… but more on that later.

All the games are set in the near future. The world as we know it has changed, governments have fallen and the large corporations have risen to power.

The first games are set in the Fuel Wars. The world’s oil supply has dried up and fighting starts for the remaining resources.

Two of the new fractions rising to power worldwide are the United Americas (UA) – the continental unification of the Americas joining the north and south under one banner; and the European Union (EU) – a super-power comprising the EU as we know it now, along with Russia and parts of north Africa. These once independent nations are now joined under one banner.

In the middle of this chaos lies the United Kingdom (UK). When the troubles started the UK government tried to maintain relations with both sides – military links with the Americans and financial links with Europe – but eventually things went wrong. The EU decided that any ally of the Americans was a direct threat that they could not tolerate. The UA wanted the UK as a base for its defences against the EU. In all this the UK government had little say, undermined by the secret services of both the opposing super-powers. Eventually the UK government collapsed and anarchy reigned across the country. Now, fractions sponsored by either side are emerging and the last remnants of the old government hold on to what they can.

The games we play will be run at numerous sites across the UK with many different scenarios. They will represent the battles taking place in the Fuel Wars and will lead us to the Corp Wars… but that’s for later.

First Game:

2nd-4th April, 2010 – weekend game at Drakelow Tunnels. COST = £60

We are running another Charity event at ‘The Mall’ for the Bamako Bampots of 23rd January which will also be the official day for the Wearthefoxhat charity raffle draw. The event will be Milsim based (std/mid cap mags, 600rnd ammo limit per section) with limited numbers. The last one we did at the end of the year was a real blast! Plus, if you have a Wearthefoxhat raffle ticket, you will be amongst the first to find out if you have won a nice new M134 MINIGUN!!!!

we have had an incident of people using these new glass bb’s that have hit the market at one of our sites and after doing tests on them we have decided to ban these from all of our sites due to the dangers of them when they break up on impact.

with us running a number of CQB/indoor enviroments the dangers of people using these are very apparent

The Kill house – Manchester

First and only are pleased to present their latest site The Kill House

This is situated in Whitworth just outside Manchester and compromises four floors or unique Cqb airsoft action spread over a total of 120,000 square foot.

As always with First and Only we will be running a lot of intensive action packed games offering a wide range of play scenarios and objectives to accomplish

The first game will be held on Sunday 29th of November with games being held every 2 weeks and some mid week night games to be added at a later date.
